About us

Idea: MVMANT is a solution for smart, sustainable and virtuous mobility

What does smart mobility mean?
MVMANT enables urban transportation on demand. The dispatching of vehicles is managed by predictive algorithms and by requests generated through the dedicated app. This allows to dislocate the vehicles when and were needed and match the mobility needs of citizens in the most efficient way.

What does sustainable mobility mean?
The immediate achievement of our innovative algorithm is that a higher seat occupancy ratio is reached and the waiting time for customers is reduced. MVMANT offsets a high number of private vehicles, reduces the average pollution per capita and increases significantly the revenues for the public transportation operator.

What does virtuous mobility mean?
MVMANT includes a city loyalty system that allows local businesses to advertise inside the app and on the vehicles with demographic and geo-targeted advertising. The usage of MVMANT is incentivized by awarding loyalty points (MVMiles) that can be redeemed for free or discounted rides.

Launch of the project: April 2016, within the acceleration period of the European Commission’s frontierCities program.

Commercial launch: January 2018, following the acceleration phase within the Dubai Future Accelerators, in collaboration with RTA.

Organization: Mvmant is an autonomous entity with branches in Italy (research and development) and Germany (business development), as a result of the spin-off of the Italian software house Edisonweb, which developed the solution.
